The best method for you to get your puppy is always to personally drive or fly to meet us in person for pickup of your new puppy.

Our airport code is SGF. 

Most airlines allow passengers to carry pets in cabin as their carry-on.  Each airline has different puppy age restrictions.

We are located in south west Missouri near Springfield. If you prefer to drive to pick up your puppy  we can meet you within one hour for no additional charge. 

If you are not able to pick up your puppy in person, we are very experienced with airline shipping and can arrange your puppy's travel. Puppies fly on American Airlines to most major US airports. 

Just like with people, flying is safe and often the fastest way to travel. 

If your area of the country is not available for airline travel or if you prefer we have ground transportation available.
We use several professional pet transportation companies with various delivery options from route pickup to door-to-door service. 

Flight puppy nanny service is when a flight nanny, often an off duty airline employee will fly with your puppy as their carry-on from our airport to yours. Flight Nanny service is generally the least reliable way to have your puppy delivered due to the fact that most nannies are flying standby. You must be very flexible as to pickup day and time if using a flight nanny as these often change the day of travel.  Some times of year to certain locations this may be the only delivery method available. 

Occasionally we drive or fly to personally deliver puppies. Prices Vary.

Your new puppy will come to you up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipped, with a vet health certificate, detailed health record, health guarantee and 30 days health insurance (must be activated) 

For puppies traveling via airline they will also come with all necessary flight travel documents.
